What can the workplace units be used for?
Our individual workplace units are designed to be customizable and flexible. You can use them for office space, storage, workspace or light assembly.
What is included with my monthly workspace pricing?
Kismet offers all-inclusive pricing including enterprise-level, individually-secured Wi-Fi, climate-controlled HVAC, electricity and 24/7 security. You will also have free access to conference rooms with video conferencing, photo studio, a stocked pantry and stylized café.
How do I figure out how much space I need?
Kismet offers a variety of space options from 100 SF to 2500 SF. The best way to decide is to see for yourself by booking a tour. Speak with Our staff is here to help you to decide what is the best fit for you and your business.
What are the lease terms?
Kismet offers flexible lease terms from 6 months to 5 years depending on your business’ needs.
Do I have to pay for a conference room?
No. The use of the conference rooms is included in the price of your unit. However, you do need to reserve the conference rooms to ensure availability.
How will Kismet fulfillment access my customer orders?
Kismet’s warehouse management software integrates directly with your online stores. We connect with Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Etsy and many other major platforms. Once connected, your orders flow directly into our system to be processed.
Is there on-site parking?
Plenty. We have complimentary parking directly across the street from our building.
Can Kismet handle my need for more space as I grow?
Absolutely! Kismet is designed to allow you to expand into larger units, as needed.
Will Kismet handle my shipping & receiving even if I’m not a fulfillment client?
If you have a workspace unit, Kismet’s team can handle inbound receiving and outbound shipments for you even if you aren’t here.
Do you have daily pick-up from major carriers?
Yes – you can leave your shipments with us to make sure they are picked up by the major carriers every day. This means no more trips to the post office or UPS store.
What are the hours of operation?
Kismet is staffed Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, but members have access 24/7.
How do I access on-demand labor?
Kismet has available on-demand labor to meet your unique needs during normal business hours. To book, please speak with an onsite Kismet staff member. Labor will be billed at an hourly rate.
What utilities are included with workspace units?
Electricity, individually-secured WI-FI, climate-controlled HVAC and 24-7 security are all included in the price of your workspace.
